Stefan DEACONU – The Religious Symbols in Constitutions

The paper concerns religious symbols present in national constitutions. A detailed analysis of various Constitutions of several state highlights three categories of states: Constitutions that include regulations with a strong religious character, Constitutions that include regulations with a moderate religious character, Constitutions that do not include regulations concerning religion and religious symbols.
