Constitutional Codex
On Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 15.00 in the “Nicolae Titulescu” Amphitheater of the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, the launching conference of the “Constitutional Codex” took place in the presence of the Minister of Justice, Mr. Robert Marius Cazanciuc, of the dean of the Faculty of Law from the University of Bucharest, Mr. Flavius Antoniu Baias, of the President of the Constitutional Court, Mr. Augustin Zegrean and several personalities of the legal and academic world in Romania.
The paper includes the Romanian translation of all the Constitutions of the EU member states, as well as a commentary of them and was made within a joint project carried out by the Center for Constitutional Law and Political Institutions (CDCIP) and the Ministry of Justice and financed by the World Bank.
The work was carried out under the coordination of prof. Univ. Dr. Stefan Deaconu.
In order to facilitate the access of any person to the information regarding the guarantee of the fundamental rights of the citizens and the organization, functioning and relationship of the main state institutions, the “Constitutional Codex” can be consulted and downloaded free from Google Play.
