Andrei MURARU – Critical analysis of electoral regulations

This paper examines two issues: i) the distinction made by electoral law between parliamentary political parties and parties which are not represented in the Parliament and ii) the inclusion of the president and vicepresidents of the Permanent Electoral Authority into the Central Electoral Bureau. Arguments are presented why these provisions of the electoral law must be examine carefully from a theoretical point of view.
