The press is a force in contemporary life, which finds its legitimacy in the civil society. The press is also known as the fourth branch of government because of its special power of influence. The main function of the press should be to contribute to the formation and expression of the public opinion, based on the freedom of conscience, the freedom of expression, and the right to information.
