Mihaela STĂNCIULESCU – The culture of constitutionalism in Romania

Romania has a Constitution elaborated in conformity with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but also with the international standards in the area of protection of human rights, thus showing that Romania is among the democratic societies governed by the rule of law, where de dignity of the person, the fundamental rights and liberties and the free development of the human individuality represents supreme and guaranteed values.
