Article is an analysis of the Romanian Constitutional Court’s case law on administrative disputes.
The article also discusses the relation between Constitutional Court and the courts of Romania in terms of the conventional control.
The conclusion is that the circumstances presented do not exhaust the issues regarding the topic presented, which can be a starting point for more extensive and complex debate that could even lead to a new focus on the powers of the Constitutional Court and of the High Court of Cassation and Justice, or more, to another structure of the judiciary.
