Genoveva VRABIE – The revision of the Constitution – unitary and complete act, but not of maximum urgency

The article states that the regulations of Title II are inextricably linked to those of Title IV of the Constitution, within the meaning of fundamental rights and freedoms and principles find their principles and basis withi Title IV. Furthermore, it was stated that a revision of the economic constitution is not appropriate. The argument is based on the need to analyze the Constitution within the integration of Romania into the European Union, in terms of institutional deadlock and not just using economic criteria. Thus, these combined studies may eventually lead to an effective revision of the Constitution.
