Article is an analysis of the emergence and development of constitutional review in Romania in the 100 years of existence.
They highlighted the role of the Constitutional Court and its jurisprudence on the Romanian legal system.
They also analyzed from a critical perspective, certain powers of the Constitutional Court as: resolving legal disputes of a constitutional nature between public authorities and the constitutionality of decisions of the Parliament.
